Preconference Happy Hour & Innovation Showcase

On Tuesday, November 2nd, from 4:30 - 7:15 PM, we will be hosting a Preconference Happy Hour and Innovation Showcase for conference attendees to make early connections and hear presentations from innovative companies that are inspiring a better world of work.

 

This event will take place inside the Corporate Convention Center at Planet Hollywood. Registration begins at 4:30 PM.​​​

Mystery Trip with Mystery Trip​

Get ready for another unforgettable (and free) night of surprises, connection, and Madison-style magic. The twist? You won't know where you are going or what you will be doing until you get there.

Happening Wednesday, November 3rd from 5:30 - 9 PM, the Mystery Trip is open to all attendees and perfect whether you come solo, with colleagues, or new conference besties. It is a one-of-a-kind, all-inclusive adventure that includes a fun activity, a delicious dinner (alcohol not included), and plenty of unexpected laughs along the way.

Facilitating Connections with Covve

We're thrilled to continue our partnership with Covve, the official Connection Partner of WorkPossible West 2027! 

 

When you check in at the conference, we provide you with a digital badge so you can connect with anyone at the conference. Just tap your phone to your badge to set it up and start connecting with others. Using the Covve technology, you'll have the ability to edit your badge directly from your browser. No app, no fuss! Sustainability with TripZero

As a Certified B Corporation®, we are held to high standards of social and environmental responsibility. As event organizers, we are working to build an even strong sustainability foundation. We are tackling the biggest impact first, which is why we have partnered with fellow B Corp, TripZero. In addition to supporting our hotel bookings, TripZero will measure and offset the significant carbon footprint created by attendee travel. They do this by funding renewable energy, reforestation, and methane reduction projects that reduce carbon pollution and support local communities.

We are also taking steps to reduce our onsite footprint. Throughout the event, you will notice fewer single use plastics and an increase in compostable cups, water refill stations, plant forward meals, and FSC certified print materials. ​

The Exhibitor Hall features our exhibitors, community partners, and other various conference experiences. Be sure to visit The Exhibitor Hall throughout the conference to meet the organizations that are helping to build more fulfilling, uplifting, and productive workplaces.
