MEMBERSHIP TERMS

WorkPossible Membership Terms

Effective October 19, 2026 | Last updated October 22, 2026

1 Company and agreement

CultureCon LLC operates WorkPossible Membership. We currently use the CultureCon brand and transition our public brand to WorkPossible in January 2027. The legal contracting company remains CultureCon LLC. These Membership Terms, your accepted order summary, and the general Terms of Use govern membership. These Membership Terms control conflicting provisions about membership fees, benefits, cancellation, and refunds. Our Privacy Policy explains information practices and is not payment authorization. A separately approved written payment agreement controls only the payment matters it expressly addresses. Nonwaivable legal rights are preserved.

2 Enrollment and service term

Enrollment is open throughout the year. Each paid membership term lasts 12 months. For purchases before January 1, 2027, we collect the initial payment at enrollment, services begin January 1, 2027, the initial term ends December 31, 2027, and the first renewal is January 1, 2028. No additional membership charge is due in January 2027. For later purchases, services begin at enrollment and renew on the anniversary shown in the order summary. For a February 29 start, the anniversary in a nonleap year is February 28. The confirmation identifies the service dates and next charge date. Any displayed deadline is in America/Chicago time unless the order expressly states otherwise.

Membership is for the named individual, who must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement. Membership, credentials, included admission, and discounts may not be shared, resold, or reassigned during the term. An organizational purchaser may assign a different person for the next term before it starts. Each person requires a separate membership and access credentials.

Membership is designed around events held in the United States and sessions offered on the announced schedule. We accept eligible purchasers in the United States and Canada and do not exclude other international purchasers solely because they live outside those countries, subject to payment availability and applicable law. Membership does not include visas, travel, lodging, or a guarantee of admission to a country. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction are preserved.

3 Annual payment discounts and renewal pricing

The annual fee is paid in full upfront at enrollment and each authorized renewal. All membership prices and charges are in US dollars. Founding annual prices are $599 for Standard, $999 for Premium, and $1,499 for Premium Plus. Regular annual and renewal prices are $999 for Standard, $1,599 for Premium, and $1,999 for Premium Plus, subject to later changes lawfully disclosed and authorized under these Terms. Before payment details are requested, your order identifies the tier, initial price, taxes and mandatory fees, discount, renewal price, service dates, and cancellation method. The accepted order and confirmation state the exact amounts applicable to you. Your financial institution may impose currency conversion or foreign transaction charges that are separate from our fees.

Founding pricing is available for qualifying purchases completed by 11:59 p.m. America/Chicago on December 31, 2026 and applies to the first term only. Renewal is at the regular annual rate disclosed and authorized at enrollment, not the founding rate. Beginning January 1, 2027, an organization purchasing two or more named memberships in one order qualifies for 15% off the regular annual membership fees for that order. This organizational discount applies only to that initial purchase, does not stack with founding pricing or other offers, and does not apply to tickets, upgrades, or separately purchased courses. All renewals are at the regular annual rate disclosed for renewal; no founding or organizational discount continues automatically.

We give legally required advance notice of renewal price or material term changes and obtain new authorization where required. A posted price change alone does not authorize a changed charge. If required authorization is not obtained, we do not bill the changed amount and explain any resulting end of service.

4 Automatic renewal and Stripe management

MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS FOR SUCCESSIVE 12 MONTH TERMS. THE FULL AUTHORIZED ANNUAL FEE IS CHARGED UPFRONT AT EACH RENEWAL UNLESS YOU TURN OFF RENEWAL BEFORE THE NEXT CHARGE. YOUR CHECKOUT SUMMARY STATES THE INITIAL AND RENEWAL PRICES AND NEXT CHARGE DATE.

Stripe administers payments and subscription management. By expressly authorizing recurring charges at checkout, the authorized payer permits CultureCon LLC and Stripe to charge the disclosed initial and renewal amounts to the authorized payment method. We provide a retainable confirmation and send required renewal and price change notices. Use of Stripe does not remove our responsibilities for billing, notices, cancellation, and refunds.

Turn off renewal through the Stripe customer portal link provided in your membership confirmation or by emailing info@workpossible.org before the next renewal charge. No 30 day advance notice or reason is required. A request is effective when received through either designated method, not when staff later reads it. We confirm cancellation and the service end date. Your current paid term and benefits continue through that date. Unsubscribing from marketing does not turn off renewal. We assist with clear cancellation requests and preserve rights to stop payment, dispute unauthorized charges, and exercise statutory remedies.

5 Payment exceptions failures and changes

You may contact us to explore an alternative payment schedule. Approval is discretionary; an inquiry does not create a monthly plan or monthly price. Before any installment is collected, both parties must accept a separate written agreement stating the total obligation, payment dates and amounts, authorizations, service term, benefits, defaults, refunds, and renewal treatment. An installment agreement is not a cancel anytime monthly membership unless it expressly says so.

Initial access requires successful payment. If a renewal payment fails, we notify the payer and allow 14 calendar days from that notice to update payment information and pay. We may retry the authorized payment during that period as disclosed in the notice. The renewal service term does not restart when late payment succeeds. New ticket redemption and other new benefit use are unavailable while payment is outstanding. If payment remains unpaid after the grace period, we end that renewal, stop further retries for it, and void its unpaid membership invoice without a late fee or collection penalty. Reservations funded only by that unpaid renewal are canceled after notice. We do not cancel admission funded by an earlier paid term or a separate paid ticket. Separately approved payment agreements govern their own defaults.

There are no pauses or midterm tier changes, prorated upgrades, or downgrades under the standard membership. You may request a different tier for the next term before its renewal, subject to the price and authorization shown for that renewal. Separately priced conference upgrades do not change the membership tier or anniversary.

6 Member sessions archive certificate and event room

Each tier includes access to at least eight facilitated member sessions delivered during each full paid 12 month membership term. Dates, formats, and joining instructions are announced in advance. We may change session dates, times, topics, or facilitators because of availability or operational needs and notify affected members as soon as reasonably practicable. A scheduling change, facilitator substitution, or cancellation of an individual session does not by itself entitle a member to a refund, provided we deliver at least eight reasonably comparable member sessions during that member’s paid term. A replacement held after a member’s term ends does not count toward that term’s minimum. A member’s inability to attend an offered session is not a session shortfall. We do not record or transcribe facilitated member sessions; members may not record or transcribe them. These provisions preserve rights and remedies required by applicable law.

Membership includes access to the selected conference recording archive made available to you during your paid term. After the term ends, you may continue to access that previously available collection without a recurring archive fee for as long as we offer that archive service and have the necessary rights. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting, permanent availability of individual recordings, downloads, or future additions. We may remove content for rights, legal, security, or technical reasons. We give reasonable advance notice of discontinuing the archive service where practicable. An archive change does not excuse failure to provide a core paid benefit during an active term or limit required remedies. Archive access is for your personal educational use; credentials and content may not be shared or redistributed. It does not include live stream admission or recordings of every conference session.

Standard includes a 10% discount on the applicable Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership. Premium and Premium Plus include that certificate without a separate certificate fee after the named member attends at least one eligible conference during the paid term and submits the certificate request using our instructions. Registration alone or archive viewing does not meet the attendance requirement. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after the later of the qualifying event end date or our delivery of the request instructions. Each term provides one included certificate; this is not an academic degree or professional license.

At each eligible conference we provide a designated member room or gathering space during published opening hours. Access requires an active membership and valid admission to that conference. If an included multiday conference starts within your paid term and continues past its end, member room access continues for that conference. Room access does not itself provide event admission, guest access, reserved seating, private meeting space, food, or other amenities unless expressly included in the event offer. Location, hours, seating, and reasonable safety and capacity controls vary by venue. A temporary capacity limit does not eliminate the promised space; if it becomes unavailable we arrange a reasonably comparable member gathering space.

7 Conference benefits and reservation rules

Standard provides 10% off eligible separately purchased conference tickets. Premium includes one General Admission ticket per term. Premium Plus includes two General Admission tickets per term to two different eligible conferences and VIP After Party access at both. Premium Plus party access is included without an All Access upgrade. Premium members may purchase an All Access upgrade for $500 per included ticket; Premium Plus members may do so for $450 per included ticket. Each upgrade adds the advertised Preconference Workshop and other stated upgrade benefits without charging Premium Plus members again for included party access. Travel, lodging, and incidentals are not included.

Eligible conferences are the offered AI Summit, WorkPossible, and WorkPossible West conferences whose first official event day falls within the paid service term, including events in a later calendar year. A multiday event is assigned wholly to that term based on its first official day, including its scheduled preconference day. Admission and the corresponding included party remain valid through that event even if the membership anniversary falls during it. No ticket is charged against two terms. Turning off renewal does not revoke a properly reserved event funded by the current paid term.

Reserve each included ticket through our designated member registration process no later than 21 calendar days before the event begins. Membership purchase alone does not reserve a ticket. When buying within 21 days of an event, admission to that event is available only if space is expressly confirmed in the order or reservation. We protect member capacity for timely requests; if we cannot honor a timely eligible request, the nondelivery remedies below apply. Late requests are subject to remaining availability. Premium Plus members may reserve one ticket at each of two different eligible conferences; two tickets to the same event or a guest ticket are not included.

You may cancel or switch an unused reservation by submitting the request at least 21 days before the original event starts. The replacement must also meet its reservation deadline, have available capacity, and fall within the same membership term. We release the original reservation and restore its unused entitlement when processing a timely cancellation. The replacement is reserved only when confirmed. A paid upgrade on a timely canceled or switched reservation is refunded to its original payment method; purchase the applicable upgrade separately for the replacement. Requests within 21 days, no shows, and partial attendance use the ticket entitlement and do not qualify for a voluntary refund or switch. Included tickets cannot be assigned to another person.

Unused ticket entitlements expire at the end of their service term without rollover, cash value, or renewal credit. Members may reserve announced events within their term once registration opens; they may not reserve an unannounced event or use a future renewal entitlement before that term starts and is paid. Renewal alone does not reserve a conference. Separately purchased tickets retain their separately disclosed transfer and refund rules.

8 Refunds and service cancellation

Before a prelaunch service term begins, you may withdraw by emailing info@workpossible.org and receive a full refund of the membership fee and unused membership related upgrades paid to us. We end the enrollment and automatic renewal. Once the initial or renewed paid term has started, membership fees are not refundable for a change of mind, nonuse, scheduling conflicts, a job change, or voluntarily missed events or sessions. You may turn off renewal at any time before the next charge. There are no automatic hardship exceptions or midterm convenience credits. These rules do not limit the remedies below or mandatory legal rights.

If we cancel the membership launch or cannot start services on the promised date, we offer a full refund before service starts. A delayed start or substitute term requires your agreement; we do not silently shorten the purchased term. If we permanently discontinue membership during a paid term, we end renewal and refund the annual membership fee in proportion to the unused days of the term, together with unused upgrades for canceled benefits. This does not limit a greater refund due for an undelivered benefit or by law.

If we cancel an included conference, move it outside your term, change its city, or replace its advertised in person format with a virtual event, you may accept the change or decline it by replying within 30 days of our notice. We state that deadline in the notice and preserve mandatory legal rights. If you decline, we restore the ticket entitlement for another eligible event in the same term and refund an unused paid upgrade on the affected reservation. If no eligible replacement is available, or a timely reservation cannot be fulfilled, we refund the annual membership fee divided by the number of included tickets in your tier for each affected ticket, up to the membership fee actually paid for that term, and refund its unused upgrade. We do not require acceptance of a credit instead. You retain other paid term benefits. Individual speaker or agenda changes do not alone qualify when the conference remains substantially as described.

If we deliver fewer than eight member sessions during a full paid term, on request we refund one eighth of the annual membership fee actually paid for that term for each session below the eight session minimum. Rescheduling alone does not trigger this remedy if the minimum is delivered within that member’s term. For another material failure to deliver a promised paid benefit, contact us so we can provide it or offer a reasonably comparable replacement. You may reject a materially different substitute and receive an appropriate monetary refund for the undelivered benefit. Refunds under overlapping remedies are not duplicated for the same loss and do not exceed the membership fee paid, excluding separately paid upgrade refunds and any greater remedy required by law. We do not reimburse independently purchased travel or lodging except where legally required.

Unauthorized or duplicate charges, charges made after a timely renewal cancellation, and legally required withdrawals or refunds are handled according to applicable law. We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner if required by law; bank posting times vary. Contact info@workpossible.org for help. Separately purchased courses retain the general Learning Center refund policy. Alternative payment agreements must state their own current term payment and refund consequences.

9 Organizational purchases privacy and conduct

The organizational purchaser must have authority to use the payment method and supply each named member’s information, and must provide the member with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The purchaser receives invoices, payment status, assigned member names, tiers, service dates, and renewal status for administration. Payment does not grant access to private discussions, messages, detailed attendance, or individual benefit use reports. A member or authorized payer may request that renewal be turned off; we notify the billing contact without disclosing private discussion content.

We do not automatically publish a member directory. Other participants can see the name and information you choose to share in sessions. Do not disclose confidential information you are not authorized to share. Participants must not record or transcribe member sessions, use member contact information for solicitation without permission, harass others, share credentials, or redistribute restricted materials. We cannot guarantee other participants’ confidentiality. Public conference media are governed separately by event notices.

We may remove someone from an activity or suspend access immediately when reasonably necessary for safety, security, unlawful conduct, or a serious violation. For other correctable violations, we give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. If we permanently terminate membership, we stop renewal and refund the fee in proportion to unused days, plus unused upgrades we cancel. We do not impose an automatic forfeiture penalty. This does not limit lawful claims for actual harm or mandatory rights.

10 Changes and contact

We give required notice of material changes and obtain new consent where required. A website edit does not retroactively remove paid benefits or authorize a new charge. Renewal changes apply with the disclosures and authorization required for that renewal. Membership support, renewal cancellation, and refund requests: info@workpossible.org. Manage renewal through the Stripe customer portal link in your confirmation. Postal address: 111 King St, #33, Madison, WI 53703. Mandatory consumer protections apply notwithstanding the general Wisconsin governing law and venue provisions.
