Connection doesn't happen by accident.
This isn't another online community you're expected to navigate on your own. A dedicated WorkPossible facilitator will guide member sessions, help make introductions, surface useful ideas and resources, and keep the community connected throughout the year.

1. When does WorkPossible Membership begin?

Membership launches in January 2027. Membership terms run for 12 months from the start of your membership.

2. Does membership include conference tickets?
Â
It depends on your membership level. During your 12 month membership, Standard members receive 10% off conference tickets. Premium includes General Admission to one WorkPossible event, while Premium Plus includes General Admission to two WorkPossible events. You can choose from AI Summit 2027, WorkPossible 2027 and WorkPossible West 2027.

3. What is the All Access upgrade?

All Access is a premium conference ticket that includes General Admission plus access to the event’s Preconference Workshop and VIP After Party.

Premium and Premium Plus members can upgrade an included General Admission ticket to All Access. Premium members can upgrade for $500 per included ticket, while Premium Plus members can upgrade for $450 per included ticket.

4. Does membership include the Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership?

The Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership is included with Premium and Premium Plus memberships. Standard members receive 10% off the certificate.

The certificate provides an opportunity to deepen your learning and demonstrate your commitment to building better workplaces. Upon completion, you'll receive a digital credential that can be added to your LinkedIn profile and shared with your professional network.

5. Do members receive access to event recordings?

Yes. All membership levels include access to select recordings and presentation materials from all three WorkPossible events throughout the year. Membership includes on demand recordings, not live stream access to the events.

6. Can multiple people from the same organization join?
Â
Yes. Organizations purchasing multiple memberships receive a 15% discount. If you'd like to learn more about our multi seat discount, contact us.
7. Can I cancel or transfer my membership?
WorkPossible Membership is a 12 month commitment. Memberships are non-cancelable, nonrefundable, or transferrable during the membership term.Â
8. What happens if I don't use an included conference ticket?
Included conference tickets must be used during your active membership term. Unused tickets are not refundable and cannot be transferred beyond the membership period.Â
9. Does my membership automatically renew?
Yes. Membership automatically renews after the initial 12-month term unless you cancel before your renewal date.
10. Does my membership automatically renew?
Membership levels cannot be changed during your 12 month membership term. You can select a different membership level when your membership renews.
